Christmas Baseball Clinics

The holidays are quickly approaching and there are some great gift ideas available at Extra Innings Indy South! Check out their Christmas Camp Series for an incredible opportunity to grow and develop both physical and mental skills. Extra Innings Indy South is located just under 15 minutes from Beech Grove, at 5545 S Meridian St.

Baseball Pitching Camp
Featuring Jesse Wainscott, Relief Pitcher for the Seattle Mariners and Dusty Baird, Relief Pitcher for the Idaho Falls Chukars! These two Extra Innings Instructors will be taking the lead on running a hands-on camp for pitchers that will be focusing on a breakdown of delivery mechanics, pitcher fielder practice, Bullpen sessions, and a focus on arm care programs and how to take care of your bodies.

$80/Non-Members | $65/Members

Softball Pitching Camp

Featuring former Oklahoma State University and Extra Innings Indy South pitching instructor, Morgan Day, and Beech Grove High School Senior and Coastal Carolina Commit, Malone Moore!

These two incredible instructors will be taking the lead on running a hands-on camp for pitchers that will be focusing on a breakdown of delivery mechanics, the significance of the pre-pitch mentality, Bullpen sessions exploring spins, sequencing, and tunneling pitches, and a focus on arm care programs and how to take care of your bodies.
